    There are Three Ways to Elevate Your Leadership

    Receive an invitation to The Sovereign Year: A LiveBQD Immersive in Leadership, Liberation & Radical Rest. This opportunity requires a deep commitment to your growth. A full year of coaching towards the authentic self that ends with a 21-day long sabbatical retreat dedicated to your health and growth as a leader. After 12 months of executive coaching, bespoke rituals of care, and tools to help elevate your organizational and leadership IMPACT. We provide a wellness immersive that will level set the changes in your health and wellness. The year includes a full-spectrum support system to help you move through life with ease, clarity, and confidence.

    The Private Suite. A refined, intimate and exclusive group coaching experience within the LiveBQD ecosystem—crafted for high-impact professionals, creatives, and visionaries ready to elevate their life and leadership with intimacy, structure, and ease. Over three months, residents engage in a guided cycle of visioning, structure, and integration through group sessions with BQD and curated tools from the Sovereign framework.

    • Monthly Group & 1:1 Coaching: After your sabbatical, monthly coaching calls support you to work on curating your highest joy. These group coaching sessions are paired with monthly 1:1 coaching. Get the personalized attention you need to go to the next level in your life. Coaching includes support in tackling life goals, fundraising, land acquisition, nonprofit organizational development, social entreprenuership & more!
    • Radical Rest: Our year long immersion culminates with the most powerful self care month of your life. Let us handle every detail. You just SHOW UP. The 21-day retreat includes space for rest, healing workshops and expereinces, DEEP work around personal ecology and life sustainability, discover what your most authentic self is calling for, how that shows up in your relationships of all kinds. Discover the core areas of growth for your leadership. And navigate and face your own shadows. Map them. Creating a plan towards unprecedented personal growth.
    • Most movement focused sabbaticals are 6-months to a year-long breaks for seasoned leaders restoring their focus or preparing for a career transition. But Queer & Trans leaders of color in the movement are facing unprecedented challenges that have surfaced a deep need for short-term restorative breaks to sustain resistance over what is to come.
